Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
This processing period is essential for us to prepare your order with care before it is handed over to our delivery partners.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We have a straightforward shipping structure for all deliveries within the United Kingdom.
* Standard Shipping: A flat rate of £3.99 applies to all orders under £50.
* Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders of £50 or more.
The estimated delivery time for all orders is 5-10 business days.
This delivery timeframe includes our order processing period and the time your order is in transit with the courier.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. If a tracking number is available for your shipment, it will be included in this email along with a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
